What is included?

We are delighted to inform you that we are able to continue to offer our Chromebook’s for learning programme with Year 3 to Year 13.

Each year we extensively research devices from various suppliers to ensure that we can offer the best value for money and longevity of usage throughout your child’s time at our school.

This process has been more difficult this year due to the current chip shortages and geopolitical situation but we are confident that we have found the most robust and suitable device for your child.

We offer different ranges of devices to ensure students all have the satisfactory experience. Whilst price is a large factor in determining our choice, we do not want to compromise on build quality and performance.

The devices we have selected are selected models form LENOVO and Asus Educational Chromebooks. Those devices are engineered and MIL-STD-810 military standard certified for durability. Built tough with rubber bumpers, reinforced ports and hinges, and mechanically anchored keys, built for the rough and tumble of school life.

Technical support provided from school which can only be provided if the device is obtained from school;

• Troubleshooting and fixing issues on site by our technical team
• Provide accessories and peripherals whenever needed e.g. student forget charger at home
• Provide a temporary standby device in critical circumstances e.g. an online exam is running or student device malfunction/damage for any reason
• Collecting damaged devices and sending it to the authorized service center, assure repair and spare parts are genuine, provide a temporary device during the repairing period and collect it back after repair, T&C apply
• Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) Add-on for 3 and 5 years that covers accidental damage, T&C apply
• Managed devices is a requirement for conducting controlled/restricted online assessments and exams
